1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TransGem ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TransGem is a web-based voice translator application that provides real-time translation and text-to-speech services powered by AI. The Service is available in free and premium tiers.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using third-party authentication providers (Google, Facebook, Twitter/X). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. Free Tier

The free tier requires users to provide their own Gemini API key. TransGem does not take responsibility for any charges incurred on your personal API key. Advertisements may be displayed to free tier users.

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Lava.top, our payment processor (Merchant of Record).
• Available plans: Monthly ($5), Quarterly ($12), Annual ($40).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to Lava.top's refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service.
• Share, resell, or redistribute API keys provided by TransGem Premium.
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of TransGem are the property of TransGem and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Translations generated by the Service are provided for personal use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TransGem does not guarantee the accuracy of translations. AI-generated translations may contain errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

TransGem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
