• We do not store your translations or audio recordings on our servers.
• We do not store your Gemini API key on our servers (free tier users).
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Authentication: To identify you and manage your account.
• Subscriptions: To verify your Premium status and provide access to features.
• Analytics: To understand usage patterns and improve the Service (via Google Analytics).
• Advertising: Free tier users may see ads served by Google AdSense.

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Data Deletion). Local data (history, settings) is stored only in your browser and can be cleared at any time.

• Portability: You can export your translation history from the app.
• Withdraw consent: You can revoke OAuth access through your provider's settings.

9. Children's privacy

TransGem is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
